What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

Drivers must be 21 years or older to rent.
Drivers 25+ are preferred, but exceptions may be approved on a case-by-case basis. A Young Driver Fee may apply.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes. There must be a minimum of 2 hours between the end of your last trip and the start of a new booking.
In some cases, a longer buffer time (up to 24–48 hours) may be required depending on vehicle availability and scheduling.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes! We offer the following discounts based on rental length:

5% off rentals of 3+ days

10% off rentals of 7+ days

15% off rentals of 15+ days

20% off rentals of 30+ days

🎉 Special Offer: Rent for 6 days and get the 7th day free.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required depending on the vehicle:

$200 – $250 refundable security deposit

Some vehicles may qualify for no deposit required

Deposit requirements will be confirmed at booking.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Rental minimums vary depending on the vehicle:

- Minimum rental: 1–3 days

- Maximum rental: No limit (long-term rentals available)

For rentals longer than 3 weeks, a new rental agreement may be required.

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

Sales tax is applied to all rentals at 7.38%.
Any available coupons or promotions will be applied at checkout when eligible. Additional fees may apply depending on add-ons, cleaning, mileage overages, tolls, or late returns.

How many miles are included with the rental?

Mileage depends on the vehicle selected:

- 250 miles per day included

- Some vehicles offer unlimited mileage

Mileage limits will be listed on your specific vehicle booking.

What are your standard business hours?

Our standard business hours are:

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

Delivery availability varies depending on location and scheduling. Options include:

Delivery/Pickup within 25 miles: $50 one-way for rentals under 7 days

Free delivery/pickup within 25 miles for rentals of 7+ days

Delivery over 25 miles: case-by-case pricing

Delivery within 10 miles of 720 W Lake Street: $125 one-way

In some cases, delivery may not be offered unless requested in advance and approved.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return times are scheduled based on availability and must be agreed upon in advance.
Custom delivery pick-up/return times require at least 24 hours notice.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Custom deliveries are available by request only and must be arranged in advance.
Delivery times are negotiated case-by-case — please call to confirm.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes, pick-ups and returns outside business hours may be allowed with advance notice and approval.
Availability depends on the vehicle and schedule.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Yes — here are a few key policies:

Young Driver Fee: $200 (approval required)

Pre-Paid Gas Option: $55

Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel

Late Return Fee: $25 per day

Vehicle Retrieval Fee: $100

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Additional services may be available depending on the vehicle and request. Fees may apply for special add-ons and must be confirmed before booking.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

Additional drivers may be allowed:

In some cases, an additional driver fee of $25 may apply

All drivers must be approved and listed on the rental agreement.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. Renters are responsible for all toll charges incurred during the rental period.
Vehicles may include a UNI Pass / EZ Pass device. Tolls may take 30–60 days to process, and renters must pay any toll invoice promptly.

Renters are also responsible for parking tickets and violations.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

We deliver every vehicle fully cleaned and expect it to be returned in similar condition.

Cleaning fees apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty:

Moderate Cleaning: $50

Heavy Cleaning: $100

Severe Cleaning / Full Detail: $150+

Pet Hair Removal: $150

Multiple Issue Cleaning: up to $250

Extremely Dirty: $200

Filthy Condition: $300+

🌴 Beach Rule: If the vehicle is taken to the beach, it must be cleaned thoroughly before return. Sand and sunscreen damage may require detailing and could result in a $250 cleaning charge.

🐶 Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
